Building Connections at the Houston Bridal Extravaganza

The Houston Bridal Extravaganza at the George R Brown Convention Center brought together thousands of engaged couples on July 18 and 19, creating an opportunity for wedding professionals from across the industry to connect with those planning one of the biggest moments of their lives. Regal Luxury Travel with Raymond was proud to be among the exhibitors, spending two days helping couples explore destination weddings, honeymoons, and luxury travel experiences.
Throughout the weekend, founder Raymond Giles met with more than 40 couples to discuss their travel plans and answer questions about everything from selecting the right destination to coordinating guest travel and creating unforgettable honeymoon experiences. Each conversation was an opportunity to demonstrate how working with a travel advisor can simplify the planning process and allow couples to focus on celebrating instead of managing travel logistics.
In addition to meeting with engaged couples, the event created valuable opportunities to build relationships with fellow wedding professionals. Establishing strategic partnerships with photographers, planners, venues, and other vendors strengthens the network available to clients while creating opportunities for local businesses to grow together through trusted referrals and collaboration.
Raymond also took the stage on both days at the Passport to Paradise stage, where he spoke about the value a travel advisor brings to destination weddings and honeymoons. His presentations focused on helping couples understand that a travel advisor does far more than book a trip. From coordinating resort contracts and guest travel to providing support before and during the journey, professional travel planning allows couples to spend more time enjoying the experience and less time worrying about the details.

The relationships formed during the event will continue well beyond the convention center as couples begin planning the next chapter of their lives together.
